24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our technicians are available around the clock to keep your downtime and inconvenience to a minimum.
Instant Loaner. If we can’t repair your system in the field, we will provide you with a free loaner, if available, from our service pool.
All Parts and Labor are included. All materials and labor are included in our agreement, including preventative maintenance calls.
No hidden costs for on-site or depot service. All costs of shipping & service calls to or from your facility are included at no additional cost to you.
Discounts on Rentals & Videoconferencing. Discount pricing is available to you on these services because you are covered under your Full Service Protection Plan.
